Our First Open Day will be on Saturday 25th of February 2012 from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm.
 

The school will be off from 5th of February till 9th of February and will resume on 12th of February 2012.

Dear Parents,

Although the school was ready to start its educational procedure for the welfare of its students we have received an announcement from the Governor stating that all schools in 6 October governorate are required to stay closed during this week. KVS has therefore revised its plans and will resume normal school days when it is officially declared.

I would like to extend my gratitude to all teachers, staff, students and parents who have trusted us and worked very hard to support the school during the last two weeks. We are going to continue helping our children by sending work via our electronic communication channel until school resumes.

Dear Parents,

Thank you to all the parents who have trusted the school with the safety of their children and who have appreciated our decision in supporting them. 

During the last two weeks our drivers and matrons took full responsibilities in transporting the children safely to and from the school.
Our security people worked day and night to secure the school premises.
Our cleaning staff came to school daily to make the school as clean and as pleasant as always.
The admin. Staff kept answering and welcoming all the phone calls and visitors to assure them that their children are well and safe.
Last but not least, our dedicated teachers who have worked very hard to e-mail work to children at home and to give support lessons to children in school.
 
I have received many phone calls and e-mails from parents who have appreciated our professional approach during this difficult time that our beloved country has passed through.
 
The school will resume on Sunday the 27^th of February, 2011 from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm until the curfew is lifted. Children are asked to be in full uniform starting from Sunday. We will follow a new schedule to fit in our short day. Trimester Exams will be postponed and I do assure all parents that according to the school's policy no child will miss any lesson. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of KVS and to assure all our supporting parents that we will continue our dedication to the welfare of our students.

Sessions for all classes (from KG1 to Year 8) will start on Sunday 20th February, 2011 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

Dear Parents and Students,

I hope that you are all well and safe.
I would like to inform you that all KVS staff are back to school and are planning to continue their educational procedures.

During this difficult time we have lost only five working days, because the week starting 6th February to 10th February was our Winter Break.
We are going to recover this lost week by reducing our Spring Break to one week instead of two weeks.

Starting from Sunday 13th February work will be e-mailed to students of Years KG, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Please make sure to check your e-mail on regular basis. Sheets should be answered and sent back to teachers as soon as possible.

As our students are our main concern we will continue our dedication and hard work until we are advised by the Ministry of Education to resume our normal school days.
